Welcome to the NCR Hillwalking Club.
We are based in Dundee and have a membership of around 50 keen hill goers. The club has been running since the late 1940s. It is not necessary to be an employee of NCR to take part in our activities (many of our members have no connection with the company).
Weekend Meets:
Every year there are 12 weekend meets taking place every month. The weekend transport cost is between 20 and 25, depending on the distance travelled, for club members. There is a supplement of 1 for guests.
To book or make further enquiries contact the Meet Secretary.

Further Information:
NCR Hillwalking Club welcomes hill walkers of almost any age and ability. The day meets have about 20 members and guests. When walking, we generally split into smaller groups. The standard varies from low-level walks on good tracks to high-level walks on rough ground, taking in one or more tops or Munros. On the return journey we often stop en route for refreshments.

Equipment:
Walkers must have warm and windproof clothing (especially in winter), and stout boots. Jeans are not advised. A map and compass are recommended for all outings. If you are new to hillwalking, you will find there are many in the club who can give you help and guidance.
